A popular proverb says that you can't choose your neighbors - we think otherwise! Just recently, we resurrected one of our unused buildings for a "second life" and adapted it for the activities of new neighbors. We chose UAB "Dalista" as the contractor for the project.
In larger than 2000 sq. m. UAB "Anderus" settled in the space of the area, where they will develop their brand "Warmotech" - the new neighbors are engaged in the production of recycled polyurethane panels.
We are happy to have a great neighborhood and grow together!
